We’re thrilled to share that HFI Support Australia Founder, Corinne Lawson, and I, Kristina Thacker (HFI Kitchen), have joined forces with two other incredible HFI families to establish Australia’s first not-for-profit charity dedicated to Hereditary Fructose Intolerance (HFI).
The HFI Charity was created by families, for families — uniting our lived experiences to raise awareness, provide education, and offer support to those affected by this rare genetic condition.
Recently, Corinne and I were interviewed by ABC News QLD to share our personal stories and announce the launch of the charity.
